Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened and unused, with tags and packaging intact.

Return Cost: For customer reasons, such as a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. For seller reasons, such as defects or faults, the seller is responsible for the return.
Special Note: Returns and refunds may be restricted for custom-made items, items deemed unsanitary (e.g., underwear, earrings), and items in unsellable condition.
